Thank you for choosing our service. We aim to provide clarity, transparency, and value to every customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. No Automatic Refunds After Access
Once a subscription is purchased and the account is accessed, the service is considered delivered.
Because our platform provides immediate access to data analysis, insights, and system resources, we do not offer automatic refunds after login or usage has occurred.
2. Trial & Evaluation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether the platform fits their use case during the initial usage period.
Our service provides analytical insights, not guaranteed outcomes. Results such as visibility, citations, or sentiment depend on:
existing online presence,
third-party data availability,
external platforms and AI systems outside of our control.
A lack of results does not indicate a service malfunction.
3. External Dependencies Disclaimer
Our platform may rely on external sources such as:
customer-owned websites,
public domains,
third-party platforms,
AI systems and search engines.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
inaccessible or misconfigured websites,
missing or insufficient public data,
third-party platform limitations.
Such conditions do not qualify for refunds.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:
verified technical failure preventing access to the platform,
billing errors caused directly by our system.
Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
5. Alternatives to Refunds
Instead of refunds, we may offer:
temporary billing pauses,
account extensions,
guided onboarding or clarification sessions.
Our goal is to ensure understanding and value, not to lock customers into unwanted subscriptions.
6. Chargebacks & Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of the payment system may result in:
immediate account termination,
loss of access to all services,
restriction from future use of the platform.
7. Subscription, Automatic Renewal & User Responsibility
Our platform operates on a subscription-based model. All subscriptions are automatically renewed every 30 days unless canceled by the user.
By providing payment details and completing a subscription purchase, users explicitly agree to:
automatic recurring charges,
the subscription renewal cycle,
ongoing billing until the subscription is canceled.
Users are solely responsible for:
monitoring their subscription status,
canceling the subscription before the next billing cycle,
ensuring their payment method remains valid.
Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.
Once a renewal charge has been processed, it is considered valid and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied for subsequent billing cycles.
